What to include
- Bug or broken game Which game, what you did, what happened, and your browser and device. A screenshot helps.
- Remove a posted score The nickname you posted under and which boards. We take it down; no questions asked.
- A game you miss The name, roughly when and where you played it, and what made it good on a break.
- An ad behaving badly The page, what the ad did (covered a game, made sound, redirected) and a screenshot if you can.
- Trademarks and rights Which game or name, and who you represent. We answer these first.
Before you write
There are no accounts, so we cannot look you up or restore lost scores — they live in your browser. What we store and how to delete it is on the privacy page; how the tops and the ads work is on the about page.
