Card games are the original office break. Solitaire shipped with every PC for a decade, and the appeal has not changed: a tidy deal, a quiet shuffle of decisions and a satisfying cascade at the end.
Pick a variant to match the length of your break — Draw 1 is forgiving, Draw 3 with no redeal is a proper challenge.
Card games are where office procrastination was invented, and the shelf is deliberately small: one Klondike, done properly. Draw 1 or Draw 3, redeal or no redeal, drag or tap, unlimited undo for the moment you realise the black seven should have gone the other way. Wins, streaks and win rate are tracked per variant.
Ranking is by time on a win, so a fast, clean clear beats a slow one with the same Windows-style points. The house time per variant is a benchmark we set; it is labelled as such on every board, and the only names on the board offline are yours.
Why only one card game? Because a good Klondike takes longer to get right than a dozen mediocre variants, and most desks only ever wanted the one. Spider, FreeCell and Pyramid are on the wish list; when one of them is finished properly it will appear on the what’s new page, and this shelf will stop looking so lonely.
Yes: seven tableau columns, four foundations, a stock you draw from one or three at a time, and the standard rules for moving runs. Scoring follows the familiar Windows points, with the leaderboard ranking wins by time.
Draw 1 turns over one stock card at a time and is the gentler game. Draw 3 turns three and lets you play only the top one, so planning matters more. Turn redeals off for the hardest version of each.
Yes. Wins, losses, current and longest streak and your fastest time are kept per variant in your browser. A streak of two or more shows on the game’s card as a stamp.
